Please join us in welcoming Andre March to our Contact Centre Team. As our new Contact Centre Manager, he’ll be heading up the day-to-day running of all customer enquiries and bookings.

Armed with industry leading technology, and an experienced team of contact centre staff, Andre will be responsible for raising the bar in terms of customer service, team and individual development.

With a worldwide experience spanning 11 countries, Andre brings a wealth of knowledge to The Keen Group which will heighten our service offering to clients and partners alike. A true all-rounder in terms of industry experience, Andre’s touch points have included customer service needs across Finance, Health Care and transport to name but a few.

Andre joins us at our head office in London, and will be responsible for teams across 5 locations. Andre says “I’m excited to join The Keen Group. I am already finding practical applications to implement processes, and I am motivated by seeing performance improvements in my team since I’ve started.”

In the short time since Andre’s appointment, we’ve seen a vast improvement in response times to calls, and increased satisfaction for our account and cash customers making bookings overall.
