Following extensive work by our booking and despatch system supplier, Cordic, The Keen Group is pleased to announce the launch of our refreshed minicab booking App.

Offering a modern, sleek design and enhanced user interface, the new App enables passengers to quickly book a vehicle with the minimum of fuss – supporting payments in cash, card and on account. 
Customers are also able to check the status of their booking, track the vehicle on a map and manage previous bookings – as well as compile an address book for favourite destinations, enabling future journeys to be made in a few taps.

Further functionality enhancements have also been made to include;

  • Flight-code box option for airport bookings
  • Asap & advance bookings support
  • Messaging exchange support between driver and passenger
